This is the dirt cheap, self service tapioca place in town.
The self service bar for you to put in anything you want in your drink. Lots of variety, but definitely not the most hygenic. You choose your goodies; they fill up your cup with your choice of drink.
$2.99 USD for popcorn chicken. Insanely cheap and enough to feed the 3 of us.
$1.99 USD for a drink of your choice is unheard of. However, it does come with a price: the long wait in line in a cramped space.
