Tsujita is located in the stretch of Sawtelle Boulevard which is often referred to as Little Osaka. Usually there's a long wait but we got lucky as our friend K&D was there way ahead of time =)

Tsukemen Ramen is where the noodles are served separately from the broth. It's basically dipping broth for ramen. The noodles were served cold and meant to be dipped in the broth.
Purely for noodle dipping, the broth was very concentrated with a bit on the salty side which you can definitely cannot sip on it alone. The noodles itself was chewy and yet firm, perfect of course when dipped.

Hakata Style Tonkotsu Ramen
Japan's top three regional Ramen of Fukuoka, Japan. Rich pork bone soup salt-based seasoning. It is firm in texture and ultra thin, straight noodles.
This ultra thin noodles is not what I had expected. It does not contain the same chewiness as other ramen.
