This ramen restaurant is a recent addition to our neighborhood. The line was not obscenely long like other similar establishment for a regular Sunday night.

Hakata Style Tonkotsu Ramen
Japan's top three regional Ramen of Fukuoka, Japan. Rich pork bone soup salt-based seasoning. It is firm in texture and ultra thin, straight noodles.
This ultra thin noodles is not what I had expected. It does not contain the same chewiness as other ramen.

Rich pork bone soup seasoned with soy sauce
The service was rather slow that day. It took a good half hour before we got our food.
