Paco Meralgo is one of the most unique tapas bar in Barcelona.  Creative menu options with friendly staff in pleasant casual atmosphere. Lots of locals but staff welcome English speakers which was great for us. There was a good selection of wines.  Make sure you book in advance for a table because we did for a party of nine but it was so crowded that we ended up seating at the bar instead.
