Being a Chinese and living in SF for a decade now, R&G Lounge is always my top-notch choice for traditional Cantonese style Chinese food.  There's always a line outside, so making a reservation is highly recommended.  The servers are trained very well, they are quick in ordering and getting the process started, highly courteous in trying to get your bottom out the door so that they can serve  the next in line. =) 

 They have many fantastic dishes, here are some of my favorite ones:

Geoduck sashimi with a side of home sauce
