Being a frequent coffee drinker, my colleagues and I usually visit this little hole in the wall lofty space. The set up is clean and industrial. Known for their artisanal micro-roasting process, Blue Bottle Coffee uses the finest organic, pesticide-free and shade grown beans to develop the finest coffee at its peak flavor.
The flow of traffic is slow as the shop brews each cup separately.
It's definitely well worth the wait for a smooth rich individually dropped coffee.
