We came here for its name and also because it was participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week.  Perfect timing to drink and dine AND for charity! =)

We were offered 4 types of bread at the table.  All excellent. 



Watermelon Gazpacho

It was a lovely amuse bouche.  It was clean and refreshing with a surprise kick at the end.

It was light and fresh.  Simply Scrumptious.

The soy-miso butter sauce is a winner.
