Field Mushroom Risotto
Arborio rice, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and a dash of our gorgeous Argentinian Viognier.  


Creamy and full of flavour.

The Classic Cut
The leanest cut with a distinctively pure flavor.  Grilled slowly to make the beef beautifully soft.  Cooked medium rare. 



It was a good cut, but the presentation was a bit bare, leaving us with no twist.
