Singapore
Located randomly around the city, this is Singapore's street-side ice cream carts that features an interesting take on ice cream sandwich. Serving a good selection of ice-cream with either wafer or bread at an insanely low price. Wall's reminded me of ice cream trucks when I was a kid.
The ice cream man is usually kind and accustomed to foreign customers.
Once the selection is made, the ice cream man will slice off a soap like block and sandwiches it between the 2 layers of thin, crisp wafers and wrapped in a thin plastic wrapper.
Durian Flavor
Ripple flavor - raspberry
The ice cream is average, but what is wonderful is that it is cheap and the wafer usually remains crisp unlike commercially packaged ice cream sandwiches. Perfect to gorge on in this tropical weather.
