SOMA, San Francisco
Chef: Bruch Hill
This is a SOMA neighborhood restaurant dedicated to farm driven ingredients with the love for wood-fired pizzas. Zero Zero takes its name from the ultra-finely ground flour used in traditional Neapolitan pizza dough and features variations on the pizzas.
Slow Cooked Pork Belly, Roman Style Dumplings
Crispy Broccoli, Poached Egg, Harissa
When indulged together with all the fresh ingredients, the result was mindblowing.
~
Rigatoni, Slow Cooked Duck, Bacon, Roasted Chickories
Braised Spring Onions, Italian Parsley
This was surprisingly fresh and tasty. ~ slightly on the salty side.

Fillmore
Hen of the Woods Mushrooms, Leeks, Mozzarella,
Parmesan, Pecorino, Fontina, Garlic, Thyme
Since we consumed the pasta before the arrival of the pizza, the strong bacon taste of the pasta may have overpowered the milder flavor of this pizza. I would recommend to eat the pizza before the pasta.

Buttermilk Panna Cotta
Fresh Peaches, Almond “Cobbler” Crumble
The almond cobbler paired perfectly with the soft silky panna cotta.
