I suddenly got called to meet for dinner at this place with some colleagues that were out of town. J wanted to do the Pho Challenge - Free large bowl (Three large bowls of Pho in one massive bowl containing 2 pounds of noodles and 2 pounds of combination beef) of pho if one can finish the huge bowl of pho within 60 mins.
We saw the table next to us with the massive bowl of noodle. J was ready for the challenge.
J had to sign a waiver form before the challenge.

The lady told J that it's best to eat the noodles seperately from the soup. That way the noodles won't soak up the soup and expand.
