Ramen Parlor is the latest ramen venture from chef-owner Kazunori Kobayashi, whose empire includes Santa Ramen  (traditional ramen) and Ramen Dojo (Nagoya ramen).  Ramen Parlor's broth style a richer and more complex taste.  The most well known broth of RP is their pork ramen with lobster oil.
