Las Vegas
Chef: Gordon Ramsay
The iconic celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has invaded Las Vegas by opening up 2 restaurants in Dec 2012 along the LV strip. One of which is this Contemporary English-inflected steakhouse.
A Tunnel-like entrance that transports diners from Paris (Hotel) to the interior of the English steakhouse (i.e. London) signifying the Channel Tunnel.

On the ceiling: a huge Union Jack with neon lights that represents the hand gestures of Chef Ramsay in the kitchen. LOL.
As the patrons enter the restaurant the hostess will conduct as a tour guide for the group, showcasing the different displays at the restaurant.
