IFC, Hong Kong
Located in a more secluded area at IFC (next to the entrance of four season), this modern tea house with a french twist has always been something that I wanted to try because of the brand. Having been to several Joel Robuchon's establishment, I wanted to see how this one compares to the rest.
A very affordable tea set - $380HKD for two.

Maine lobster and mango sandwich
This was my favorite! The sandwich was light in texture but very rich in flavor - offering both a sweet and yet savory taste.

French style black truffle sandwich
This was my mom's favorite. The truffle was a bit on the lighter side. However, there is still an intense taste of earthy mushrooms.

Scones
A very casual setting with a full bakery next to the teahouse. The ambiance wasn't super fantastic as it was located in an open area within the shopping mall. Foot traffic was light. Service was fantastic. My 11 month old son was with me and they were very accommodating - from playing with my son to helping me prepare his milk bottle.
