Lab Made Ice Cream is a molecular gastronomy that makes ice-cream the unconventional way. Using cold liquid nitrogen, ice-cream is frozen within 60 seconds to create the smooth and creamy texture. All ice creams at Lab Made are made from scratch, using fresh ingredients with no additives, coloring or preservatives.  Thus, they are never stored in a freezer and are made fresh to order to allow a more intense fresh flavors, whilst the theory is that by freezing your ice-cream quicker with extremely cold liquid nitrogen as opposed to more traditional methods, you get smaller ice crystals, making for a smoother softer scoop.
