We came here because L's company had catered from Rangoo Ruby once and their garlic noodle was amazing.  So we decided to give it a try with the family. 


Tea Leaf Salad
This is a popular traditional salad in Burma. A mix of Burmese tea leaves, fried garlic, yellow beans, peanuts, sesame seeds, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno peppers and dried shrimp. 

A truly unique taste with the fermented Burmese tea leaves also known as Laphet.  The fried garlic added extra appeal to this delectable dish.

Flour noodles, crisp garlic and scallions tossed in a special house sauce.
