You can never go wrong with Din Tai Fung! Notorious for its long wait, our friends were kind enough to go there ahead of time to put our names down. Subsequently, you can check via an app on your phone to notify the duration of the wait time, and notifies you when your table is ready! Genius!
At this particular location, the Chinese are actually the ones making the dumplings.
