Beef brisket - 清湯牛腩

we love to eat beef brisket in soup.  L especially loves the chiuchow style.  so my parents read some reviews on this particular place in north point that had raving reviews.  華姐清湯腩.  check out the long line

                                                              

so after the long wait, we got seated at a communal table with other strangers. we ordered some beef brisket soup with noodles and a plain-cooked radish in soup.  

腩汁蘿蔔: this plain broth with radish was better than expected.  my mom ordered it after seeing this dish at another table. it was amazing. 

the texture of the noodle was chewy and soft. indeed very tasty. 

清湯牛腩:  we ordered a bowl of 牛腩 without the noodle.  it was soft and easy on the tummy. very flavorful. though we thought the texture was not as soft compared to other similar noodle places that we've been to.  

 

 the service was above and beyond expectation at this restaurant.  the owner/waiter was very friendly and courteous, which made our dining experience a lot more enjoyable.  worth the wait.
