Arguably the BEST macarons in the world!

Be prepared for long lines and no-photo policy (though I managed to snap several shots)
The ganache of this rose petal macaron had an ultra-light texture, making this the lightest macaron I’ve ever lifted. Despite this cookie’s floral flavor and its shape after a long travel by foot, there was no soapiness – only a delicate flavor of the scent of rose. 
The bitter chocolate macaron was much lighter and also noticeably less sweet.
