~ two types of foie gras were amazing and blended in really well with the rest of the ingredients

Grilled Bavette Steak
Duck Fat potatoes, bordelaise

~the best duck fat potato fries in the city


Roasted Bass
Dungeness Crab, Champagne butter

~ huge pieces of juicy crab and the butter, fish was light and tasty



Warm chocolate cake with pistachio ice-cream

Madeleine and cherry jelly candy
~warm and soft Madeleine was a great end to our wonderful meal


Overall it was one great experience.  This contemporary American cuisine only uses local fresh organically grown produce and naturally raised meats.  Service was outstanding and the ambiance was romantic and elegant.
