A chewy cinnamon sugar-dusted pastry called
“Staroceske Trdlo.” The name of this medieval treat means “old bohemian muff.”
A thin coil of dough is wrapped around a metal cylinder that rotates over an open flame.
The hot pastry is covered in cinnamon sugar with a crunchy exterior. Best eaten on a cold snowy day. Sold at any street stalls in and around Old Town Square and the Castle area.
