During our visit for breakfast, Hokkaido Dairy Farm (北海道牧場餐廳) was undergoing a makeover on the outside. This casual cafe is famous for incorporating the creamy flavorful Hokkaido milk into their sweet and savory dishes.
Known to have a long wait, a menu is offered outside for browsing, along with copies of their press releases and ads. What made the wait worse was that the adjacent mini bus stand is full of mini buses parked with their engines turned on.

In general, the food is delicious with very reasonable price. Great place to go if you can stand the tortuous wait and be willing to share your table with strangers, like a usual Hong Kong style cafe.
