Started by Alain Coumont, a young bakery chef from Brussels, this bakery is now expanding worldwide and  we were fortunate enough to have one right beside our hotel in Antwerp.  Their bread is made from only organic stone ground flour, salt, water, kneaded and shaped by hand. 









Complimentary chocolates are given out everywhere in this chocolate capital!
