Cova

Pacific Place, Hong Kong

First founded in Milan, Cova opened its first shop in Hong Kong in 1993.  Known for its prestigious image and high standard in tea, Cova is also notorious for its long wait.  We got lucky on a Saturday afternoon for a table of 3.

Imperial Earl Grey Tea

The tea was smooth and the flavorful.  However, the experience at Cova was not  as pleasant as I expected compare to my past visits.  Service was not prompt or lack of in general.  The cafe was located inside the mall with energetic atmosphere.  Regardless, it was a good place to sit down to catch up with a friend and rest your legs after a day of shopping.

The Gianduia Chocolates were smooth and hazel nutty.  Excellent choice.
