Our friends brought us to this popular neighborhood ice-cream shop. Their flavors often feature tropical fruits and other popular local ingredients. Also famous for their homemade mochi ice cream, Bubbies is the place to be.
. They usually have a dozen, freshly made flavors available each day, and the flavors rotate daily.
Bubbies has 20 different flavors of mochi ice cream, plus special “flavors-of-the-month”.
The texture of Bubbies mochi remains soft and chewy whereas all others that we've had tend to get hard and brittle. It is simply PHENOMENAL.
