 Squid ink risotto, sautéed bay shrimp, sunchoke, basil, lobster emulsion, lemon confit




This was very rich in taste and insanely good.

Pan seared sonoma foie gras, pomegranate, celery root puree, toasted brioche 


Soft, smooth and silky rich foie gras.  Definitely well executed.

38 north duck : breast &confit leg, kale, hearts &liver “dirty rice”, caramelized parsnips, natural jus 
Plus a slice of seared foie gras




Smooth, fat and rich

  Caramelized veal sweetbreads, grilled mushrooms, pomme puree, capers, lemon-brown butter 



The sweetbread was soft and gelatinous, which slowly brings out the flavor as we savor it with the grilled mushrooms and puree.
