Sonoma, CA
Chef Armando Navarro
Located in the historic El Dorado Hotel in downtown Sonoma, El Dorado Kitchen (EDK) served simple fresh food for the Wine Country in a casual setting. We had a party of 5 and were seated at one end of the coommunal table in the large dark wood dining room.
The menu is short, but sweet, featuring items such as crispy fried asparagus and truffle fries for brunch!
Truffle fries
We just had to succumb ourselves to these delicious truffle fries that are tossed in truffle oil and seasoned with salt, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
