A well known Japanese restaurant specializing in delicious tonkatsu was recommended by a local celeb, Mr Chua Lam (蔡瀾). There are numerous outlet in HK and we decided to go to the one in TST located on the 10th floor of 100 Canton Rd, a tower full of restaurants.
After taking the order, our waitress brought over a bowl of sesame. She taught us how to grind the sesame with the wooden stick and introduced us with the seasoning tray. The 柚子醬 and 紫菜醬 are for the cabbage. 豬排醬 should be mixed with the sesame for the pork cutlet.

The food was so fresh and hot with crispy skin and tender meat. One of the best pork cutlet I've had in this city!
