Arguably the best Peking duck dish in the area, Great China hold its name even after a tragic fire that occurred in Spring 2014.

Double Skin

mung bean noodles, carrots, cucumber, egg crepe, calamari, shrimp, sea cucumber, onions, mushroom, pork

This was amazing.  Rich taste of the sauce paired with numerous ingredients, topped with chewy glass noodles resulted in uber goodness.

Won Ton Soup

chicken, prawns, vegetables, pork wontons

Slight difference in soup and texture of the wonton.  Lots of other meat and veggie goodies compare to Cantonese style.

Peking Roast Duck.

24 pancakes, plum sauce, scallions 

THE DISH that we came here for.  The duck meat itself was shredded and free of fat and bones. It is then topped with shingles of crisp, paper-thin duck skin served with a pancake type of wrapping. 

 You can roll it into a taco with plum sauce, topped with duck meat, skin, and shredded scallions.

If you pay in cash - you either get free friend rice or the ice cream in the above is FREE!!! So that's what we did.  First time having ice cream with fried puffed rice.  It's fun and my son loved it.
