A private kitchen run by L's cousin, Elton, a businessman by day and a chef at heart by night.  The Chef treated the family for a gastronomic journey at the Seah's residence and selected Menu A for us.

Triple Rich Crab Broth Noodle Soup (Bee Hoon)


The noodle was authentic with huge pieces of prawns and real big fat crab meat.  The broth complimented well with the rest of the ingredients and the bee hoon absorbed all the essence.

 Fresh, HUGE and juicy crab from Sri Lanka.  The curry buttery sauce was the foundation of this astounding dish.

Amazing food with the comfort of a home surroundings.  Chef Seah definitely adds in his creativity with a twist of innovation in his dishes.  This Singapore kitchen is truly an undiscovered gem!
