A neighborhood burger joint that my cousins and I often patronize during the weekend while growing up in Etobicoke.   Apache closes late - THE perfect place to go at 2 AM on a weekend. 

I have not been back for a number of years and it used to be a hole-in-the wall institution.  However, this time around, it has definitely decked out in more of a 50's diner trendy decor.

One great thing is that you can opt to have any toppings you like in your burger.  You request it, you get it.

Looking at the wall of achievements, Apache has made a name for itself over the years as the reigning king of the west end in Toronto’s suburban burger wars with frequent celebrities visits.

I may be slightly biased for this establishment.  

Always a fond childhood memory.
