Bardot Brasserie

Aria, Las Vegas, NV

Chef: Michael Mina

I had a conversation with the maître d' with the name Bardot - apparently it was named after the French screen legend Brigitte Bardot, who was one of the best-known sex symbols and was simply referred to around the world as B.B. in the 50's and 60's.

As a Michael Mina fan and a guest at the Aria hotel, we decided to give this Brasserie a try.   What an amazing dining experience - especially with an infant and a toddler who won't sit still.

HERITAGE CHICKEN RÔTI
1/2 free-range chicken, mushroom bread pudding, green beans, sauce vin jaune

Bread pudding

The chicken was mind blowing. Soft & tender - one of the best we've had.

Great service, great ambiance.  Once again, Micheal Mina did not disappoint us.
