A sushi restaurant located inside the Bellagio will have high expectations along with high prices. It's a modern twist on Chef's authentic Japanese cuisine. Cool trendy settings. Ingredients are flown in daily from markets around the world. The place is a little pricey with small portion. Great looking waitresses, but the service was only mediocre.
Big Eye Tuna Pizza

This is Yellowtail's signature dish. We love the contrast between the soft tuna on top of a thin crunchy pizza crust. It's definitely the highlight of the night.
